About us

The inspiration for the academy came when I realized that the demand for my services far exceeded my available time. With a client waiting list stretching more than six months, I found myself unable to assist more people on my own. I also observed that many individuals struggle to find trustworthy, high-quality trainers and nutritionists. This is why I decided to assemble a team capable of delivering the same standard of service I had established.

I take great pride in having recruited coaches with extensive experience, comprehensive knowledge of nutrition and training, and who share my values and work ethic. However, our primary focus remains on helping our clients achieve results through a healthy approach. We are committed to educating them about the most beneficial nutrition and training methods tailored to their individual needs.

  • We create the workout program together with you, based on your experience, goals, injuries, posture. We exclude exercises that are not comfortable for you and choose only correct training methods for your level. Our coaches are always ready to adjust your training, or give you rest if you are not feeling great. We are here to give you discipline and structure, but with a deep understanding of your lifestyle and level of energy.

FAQ

  • Is the first consultation free?

    Yes, we provide a free 30 minute intro call where we go over your goals and explain in detail how our service can help you. We also answer any additional questions you may have.

  • Can I pay for coaching in installments?

    We only accept one-time payment of the full cost per month or for 3 months. The cost includes all tax charges.

  • When will I see the first result? 

    If you follow all our recommendations, you will see the first results after a month of coaching.

  • Can I sign up for coaching even if I don't have a lot of time to cook?

    For those who don't have time to cook, we put together the easiest recipes and help you choose what to eat on the go.

  • Do I need to give up all of my social life?

    No. Our team helps you choose the best menu options from cafes and restaurants to balance your meals for the day. The coach is always in touch with you in the chat.

  • Can I buy just the nutrition or just the workout program?

    It is possible to buy individual training support after 3 months of comprehensive coaching. Then we are sure that you know everything about the food that is right for you. We do not sell nutrition programs separately.

  • Will the coaching still work for me if I have injuries, herniated discs, protrusions or sensitive knees?

    Yes, as the training program is designed individually, and each new workout is designed based on your feedback.

  • If I am on vacation or sick, can I freeze coaching?

    No, but we adjust meals and workouts based on how you feel. We also help you make food choices when you travel and create workouts based on the equipment that is available to you.
